- Silvertip Gas/ Propane (Forced Air Heat) - The propane tank is a 500 gallon tank. The tank rental is approximately $80.00 annually. Propane is less in the summer and more in the winter therefore, the summer is the most ideal time to fill.
- Cistern (Water) – These cisterns are 2,200 gallons. Fisher Water is approximately $45.00 per fill and if you choose to haul your own water it is considerably less.
- Septic (Sewer) – These are septic systems with drain fields. Septic systems are typically serviced once every two years for approximately $150.00 per service!
- Quest Phone Service, Dish TV, & Local Channels
