The low cost utilities and services for these homes are as follows: 

• Yellowstone Valley Electric (Electrical)
• Silvertip Gas/ Propane (Forced Air Heat) - The propane tank is a 500 gallon tank.  The tank rental is approximately $80.00 annually. Propane is less in the summer and more in the winter therefore, the summer is the most ideal time to fill. 
• Cistern (Water) – These cisterns are 2,200 gallons. Fisher Water is approximately $45.00 per fill and if you choose to haul your own water it is considerably less. 
• Septic (Sewer) – These are septic systems with drain fields.  Septic systems are typically serviced once every two years for approximately $150.00 per service!
• Quest Phone Service, Dish TV, & Local Channels
• Landscaped with sprinkling system. These homes are natural landscaped, therefore, this is an ideal set up to conserve water with a “drip” system that allows 1-1/2 gallon per hour to each scrub and tree. These homes are also landscaped with concrete curbs, astro-turf, and rock.
